Dominic Howells is an alternative singer-songwriter with a cult following. Robbie is his biggest fan. Their paths cross in a London park. Robbie is overbearing and intense; Dominic wishes he would disappear. Now is the worst of all possible times; his marriage is at breaking point. His future is falling apart before and now all he has is an unhinged fan for company. Yet as the story unfolds Robbie throws some light on Dominic, causing him some overdue self-reflection.
